AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Piillar 1, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We provide business development, business management, and related services, including but not limited to entity structuring, credit profile optimization, and funding readiness (the "Services").

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Piillar 1, LLC, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Legal Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, conducted in English, with one arbitrator.

We may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time without notice.

12. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Services.

We do not guarantee any specific results, including funding approvals, credit outcomes, credit limits, or financial results. Outcomes depend on individual circumstances and third-party decisions outside of our control.

We are not responsible for decisions made by lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, or other third parties.

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, OR

  • $1,000 USD

ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OR IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. USER DATA

You are responsible for your data. While we take reasonable measures, we are not liable for data loss or breaches beyond our control.

16. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

You consent to receive communications electronically and agree that such communications satisfy legal requirements.

17. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
